Here are details regarding shipping, the different ways you can pay and also further information about warranty procedures.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order before 3pm for next day delivery or you can collect in Cork, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Delivery with us is free or €5 on orders under €150

We use DPD Couriers and we give them your phone number in case they have problems finding you

Delivery times might change around Christmas, Easter or National Holidays. Please contact us for more details

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

PAY BY CARD - We accept all types of cards and you can pay at checkout choosing this option

PAY BY CHEQUE - You can place your order and choose pay by cheque. You can then send the cheque, made payable to "Clippers Ireland" to Unit 11A Portside, Marina Commercial Park, Centre Park Road, Cork. We will then inform you upon receipt and send your order out for next day delivery

PAY AT AIB BANK - Choose this option if you want to pay by cash or cheque at any local AIB Bank and perhaps need your order quickly. If you call us we will give you our bank details and you can pay over the counter. We will ship as soon as you have done this so this can be done same day

PAY BY TRANSFER - If you have online banking, again, we would give you our bank details and we will ship on receipt of the funds

PAY BY PAYPAL - You can pay by PayPal using sales@clippersireland.ie. Again we will inform you of receipt and ship same day

WARRANTY INFORMATION

When you place your order online an account will be opened for you, using your email address and your chosen password

In the event that your product develops a fault, you can simply log in to your account and log a fault. One of our staff will then call you and give you instructions of where to send your faulty item. Our technical department will repair or replace your product and return to you within 7 days in most cases

Our warranty cover works as follows:

7 days Advance Replacement warranty
Should your clipper develop a fault within 7 days of purchase we will ship you a new one and collect the faulty one at our cost

After 7 days there is a 12 Months (Fast Turnaround) RTB warranty (Return to Base) You send the clipper back to us and we will repair or replace your clipper
