ErgoPro Clipper Servicing
We recommend our clippers to be serviced at least once a year, after your clipping season, before storing them for the next season. If you clip heavily throughout the year, then your clippers may require servicing more often.
We stock a wide range of genuine parts for all ErgoPro Clippers. Our trained technicians will carry out a thorough inspection, cleaning, electrical safety test and oiling/greasing of parts all-inclusive of a standard service. We will always contact you with an assessment and quote for repairs before any further work is carried out. We are only able to service ErgoPro Clippers.
What happens when your clipper arrives at ErgoPro HQ?
- When your clippers arrive, they are booked in; the contents of your parcel are listed, and the date of arrival is noted. We do not provide notification of receipt.
- Once at the front of the queue, they will be taken into the workshop and examined by the technician. A quote will be provided by telephone/email (on the condition that the work required is outside the remit of a standard service).
- The technician will then carry out all the necessary work on your machine.
- Your machine will be packaged up and sent back to you by tracked courier. This is included in the servicing charge.
Please PRINT your order confirmation and include it in the box when you send your clippers to us. If you do not have access to a printer, please include your contact details in the box.

Please note, if the machine is found to be un-repairable, you can leave your machine with us for free or it can be returned to you for €20. If you have paid for the service already, a €20 refund will be applied if you choose to have the machine returned to you. If you choose to leave it with us, we will refund the €40.
